In doing so, we support our portfolio companies not only with capital for further organic and/or external growth, but also, in particular, with our network within the German industry, as well as the integration of active advisory board members.
Typical growth paths include organic growth through new products and customers, as well as the tapping of new markets or sector consolidations through acquisitions both in Germany and abroad. We team up with the former majority shareholders (company founders) in our investments, and motivate management teams through the opportunity to acquire an interest in their companies for the first time.
