Structure and management
ODEWALD manages its equity funds through its two companies Odewald & Compagnie Gesellschaft für Beteiligungen mbH and Odewald KMU Gesellschaft für Beteiligungen mbH. Both companies are majority-owned by its managing partners, who command many years of operational management experience, and they make investment decisions relating to their funds. ODEWALD has already invested in 22 companies through the four private equity funds that it has set up to date. Odewald & Compagnie fund I and II have already been fully realised, and have successfully supported 14 companies in their growth, and on their course into new markets.
